Google asks: what did you test?
"15 testers installed the app from the closed testing track and used its core features throughout the testing period on devices including Pixel 7, Galaxy S23, Pixel 6a, using Canada-registered Google Play accounts, for the full 14-day period."
Written for you from your own order — real tester devices, real testing activity, real bug reports. Example shown; your answer uses your test’s actual data.

Testing Coverage Guarantee
If your Production Access request fails because our tester participation did not meet Google Play’s closed-testing requirements, we’ll provide a free retest or refund. Refund policy
Google requires 12 real, opted-in testers for 14 continuous days and doesn’t specify how you find them. Our testers are real people who genuinely install and use your app on real Android devices — see our Terms for the full details.
Yes — real Android devices, real ongoing testing activity, no emulators or bots.
Google alone decides production access. If Testers14 did not provide the tester coverage promised in your plan (the number of opted-in testers or the continuous testing period Google Play requires), you can choose a free retest or an eligible refund — see our Refund Policy for the exact conditions.
Testing typically starts within 4–6 hours of checkout.
Almost nothing — just watch the live dashboard. Setup is about 5–10 minutes at the start (pasting the tester list into Play Console and sharing your opt-in link); at day 14 you review your generated answers and apply for production access.
Play Console is the official tracker for the 14-day requirement: Google requires at least 12 testers opted in continuously for 14 days. Our dashboard starts counting when we begin testing on our end, so a 1–2 day difference is normal. Tester engagement also matters when Google reviews your production-access request, but Google doesn’t publish an exact session count or daily-use formula.
Yes — replacement is included in every plan at no extra cost, not an add-on.
Closed testing gets your app tested. Real-device QA shows you how it actually performs.
Explore Android QA →Why I built Testers14
I’ve published dozens of Android apps and been through Google Play’s closed-testing requirement more times than I can count — including as a paying customer of the services already in this market. That’s where the gap became obvious: the services I paid for handed me real testers and a generic template for Google’s production-access questionnaire, then left me to turn the test into usable answers myself.
I wanted the testing itself to produce the paperwork — the actual devices, testing activity, and bugs from your own test, turned directly into your answers. That’s the one thing I built Testers14 to do differently.
